Schedule

Saturday:

• Doors open at 10:00 AM
• Play begins at 11:00 AM
• Play concludes at 7:00 PM

Sunday (if needed):

• Play resumes at 11:30 AM

Format and Rules

• 10-Ball – Floating Split Bracket
• True double elimination format
• Winner breaks and racks their own balls
• Balls 1, 2, and 3 are racked on the corners
• The 10-ball does not count on the break
• Call the 10-Ball only
• Push after the break is allowed
• Player option available
• Three-foul rule in effect (players must notify their opponent after the second foul)

Additional Information

• There will be two winners who will qualify for the BEF National Championship.
• One winner will be selected from the high side of the bracket and one from the low side.
• The entry fees will be split evenly to assist with travel expenses to Dubuque, Iowa, for the National Championship (July 5–12, 2026).
• The split bracket is determined by FargoRate; if a player does not have a rating, the default is 400 for males and 350 for females.

Requirements

All junior participants must be BEF Junior Members. BEF annual memberships are $15.00 and may be purchased online at Become a Junior Member or at a qualifier event. Memberships are valid from September 1 through August 31. Membership allows participation in any BEF qualifier during the season and eligibility for the Junior National Championships. Please collect player information and/or Junior membership forms (if not completed online) and send them to www.BilliardEducation.org .
