I hereby state that I have legal control of my child's media and appearance rights. Herein, I release these rights to the BEF to use my child's name, likeness, voice, biography, photograph and other recordings, whether audio, video, digital, or other medium, in connection with the advertisement and promotion of the BEF, the BEF billiard programs and the sport of billiards. Any dispute, which may arise from granting of these rights, which involves a third party, shall be settled between the third party and the Participant or Legal Guardian/Parent.
