Missouri Junior State Champions Crowned at Lindenwood University

Over the consecutive weekends of April 25-26 and May 2-3, Lindenwood University held its inaugural Missouri Junior State 9-Ball Championships to qualify top young players to compete in the 2015 BEF Junior National 9-Ball Championships.

Pool personality and Lindenwood Billiards Coach, Mark Wilson was present both weekends to host this series of events. “This was a remarkably positive response regarding the future of billiards, a genuine quality group,” said Wilson, who also added, “We had a great turn-out today in terms of enthusiasm and energy despite only having one player from the St. Louis area. One from Des Moines (6 hours away) and three from Decatur, Illinois (3 hours away) with parents and friends,”

Wilson looks forward to hosting the event again next year with hopes of drawing even larger numbers in each division. Complete results below.
